Berry Smoothie
A healthy and delicious smoothie made with blueberries, banana and tofu.
Ingredients | Makes 2 Servings.
1/2 cup lowfat milk (substitute soy milk or rice milk)
6 oz silken tofu (or 6 oz plain low-fat yogurt)
1 cup Blueberries, frozen , do not thaw
1/2 small bananas
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 tbsp Meal, flax seed, brown
1/2 tsp sweetener (sugar substitute) (such as Splenda)
Directions
1 Mix all of the ingredients in a blender until well blended. Pour and enjoy.
